September 24, 2024 | Trademark Paralegal Supervisor Kelly Kleinwachter to Speak at 2024 TMAP Meeting

Trademark Paralegal Supervisor Kelly Kleinwachter will be a featured speaker during the Trademark Administrators & Practitioners (TMAP) Meeting in Philadelphia on September 24, 2024.

Kelly’s session, titled “Let Us Introduce You to the TMA Certificate Program,” will provide details about INTA’s new Trademark Administrators (TMA) Certificate Program and insights on using it effectively. Kelly played an influential role in the creation and development of the TMA Certificate Program, which launched earlier in 2024. Jennifer Lynch, Assistant Manager of Trademark Paralegals and Assistants at Fish & Richardson P.C., and Michelle Manahan, Senior IP Specialist with NetEase Games, are joining Kelly on the panel, and the discussion will be moderated by Audrey Wilkins, Intellectual Property Manager at Cowan DeBaets Abrahams & Sheppard LLP.

Senior Trademark Paralegal Kyle King will also be attending the TMAP Meeting. The TMAP Meeting is the premier event for trademark administrators, paralegals, young practitioners, and attorneys who manage a global trademark portfolio.
