September 27 – 29, 2026 | Marshall Gerstein Practitioners Speaking at 2026 TMAP Meeting
Marshall Gerstein practitioners Michelle Bolos and Kelly Kleinwachter will be featured speakers at the 2026 Trademark Administrators & Practitioners (TMAP) Meeting, taking place September 27-29 in Baltimore, Maryland.
Trademark Paralegal Supervisor Kelly Kleinwachter is serving as Co-Chair of this year's meeting and will deliver the event's capsule keynote, "Championing INTA's TMA Leaders." Drawing on her experience as a trademark professional and industry leader, Kelly will discuss the evolving role of trademark administrators, opportunities for professional development and engagement through INTA, and the importance of operational excellence and collaboration within the trademark community.
Partner Michelle Bolos serves on the Project Team for this year’s meeting and will moderate the session "Dupes, Lookalikes, and the New Enforcement Gray Zone: What Trademark Administrators Need to Know." The panel will examine the growing challenges posed by product "dupes" and lookalike goods, including how trademark administrators can help identify potential risks, support enforcement efforts, and coordinate with counsel as brands navigate increasingly complex trademark and trade dress issues.
Hosted by the International Trademark Association (INTA), the TMAP Meeting brings together trademark administrators, paralegals, IP operations professionals, brand owners, government representatives, and practitioners for educational programming, professional development, and networking opportunities focused on today's most pressing trademark issues.
