Mike Bozzi is the Director of Finance at Marshall, Gerstein & Borun, bringing more than two decades of senior-level financial leadership experience to the firm.

Background and Credentials
Before joining Marshall Gerstein, Mike served as Director of Financial Planning and Analysis at Mitek Systems, where he led the company’s FP&A function. He previously spent nearly two decades at Fiserv as Senior Director of Finance, Product, and Sales Consulting, where his programming implementations generated millions of dollars in incremental revenue in the first year.
He has experience leading teams with broad client reach, improving productivity, and driving operational effectiveness. He is particularly skilled at translating financial data into actionable insights that inform revenue growth and performance in complex business environments.
