Cox, Phelan, and Terrell to Teach Intellectual Property Courses at Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law During Spring 2021 Semester
Partners Pamela Cox, Ryan Phelan and Nicholas Terrell will serve as adjunct professors at Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law during the Spring 2021 semester for the Master of Science in Law program.
Pam returns to teach “Introduction to IP Licensing” which covers the structure and function of license agreements with a focus on what business professionals needs to understand about licensing. Access the course details of “Introduction to IP Licensing” for further information.

Pam Cox chair’s the firm’s IP Transactions practice and is talented at unraveling complex deal structures and devising creative agreement solutions. She focuses her practice on intellectual property transactions, protection, and dispute resolution for clients ranging from multinational corporations to non-profit institutions.
Ryan Phelan leads the firm’s Artificial Intelligence industry group. He prepares, prosecutes, and manages patents and patent portfolios on behalf of start-ups and Fortune 500 companies.
Nick Terrell practices intellectual property law, with a focus on software-related patents and intellectual property transactions. He helps clients achieve their intellectual property objectives through strategic portfolio development or acquisition.
