Partners Josh Elliott and Noah Tilton, and Special Counsel Julie Watson were featured speakers during a recent session for the Research Triangle Area Chapter – Association of Corporate Counsel (RTAC-ACC) on October 2, 2024. The session, titled “Current Trends in Intellectual Property and Patent Law,” focused on current trends in patent law, intellectual property law, and licensing. The Marshall Gerstein team was joined by Alison Bois, Associate General Counsel at BASF Corporation, and Adam College, Senior Counsel of IP at Lenovo, to discuss practical lessons learned, mistakes to avoid, and best in-house practices.
