As part of a virtual roundtable published in Intellectual Asset Management Magazine, Paul C. Craane joined other patent attorneys in taking stock of the past year and looking forward to what 2011 will bring to the field of patent law.  In the article titled 'A Busy Patent Year in the United States,' Mr. Craane and the other panelists addressed a wide variety of timely topics, such as the pending patent reform legislation, the impact of Director Kappos’s leadership at the USPTO, and recent noteworthy decisions from the U.S. Supreme Court and the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.

Mr. Craane’s involvement in activities such as the IAM Patent Roundtable series arises out of his commitment to communication and education.  Every day, Mr. Craane seeks to develop a deeper understanding of his clients’ businesses, while providing them with timely information on the ever-changing legal landscape.
