Partner Cullen N. Pendleton has become a regular contributor to InsideCounsel, and will author a series of articles discussing a variety of IP Litigation trends.
Dr. Pendleton is a litigation partner representing clients in the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, and consumer products industries. He earned his Ph.D. in Microbiology from the University of Texas at Austin and is also a graduate of the University of Chicago Law School and the University of Houston.
