Partners Michelle Bolos, Jacqueline Felda, and Raymond Ricordati are attending Diversity Lab’s Mansfield Client Forum on Thursday, March 6. The Forums are a unique opportunity for new partners to meet with and learn from influential in-house leaders who are eager to build connections with Mansfield Certified firms.

Michelle helps her clients with all of the most critical aspects of protecting and maximizing the value of their trademarks and copyrights. In 2023, Michelle was selected to the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD) Pathfinder Program, which focuses on practical insights and resources to help members build their professional networks, as well as foundational leadership skills and strategies for continuous career development. She also previously served on the Board for The Coalition of Women’s Initiatives in Law Chicago Chapter, a non-profit membership association that aims to serve the professional development and networking needs of women attorneys.

Jacque provides counsel on complex intellectual property matters for inventors, entrepreneurs, and investors within the chemical sciences industry. Jacque has been included in the Illinois Rising Stars list and nominated as an “Emerging Lawyer” by Law Bulletin Media since 2021. In 2024, she was selected to the LCLD Fellowship Program for exceptional leadership skills, significant impact within her organization and community, and steadfast commitment to DEI.

Ray has nearly two decades of experience as a patent attorney and litigator, serving clients in the U.S. and abroad. Ray was elected to partnership in 2024, and provides counsel enforcing intellectual property rights and defending against infringement allegations for clients in a variety of technologies across several industries.

Marshall Gerstein has been Mansfield Rule Certified Plus since 2022, illustrating the firm’s commitment to achieving an inclusive, equitable work environment in the legal profession.
